We believe in "Data Minimalism." We don’t need the keys to your kingdom—just a window.

• Zero Write-Access: The Success Engine only requires "Read-Only" permissions. We will never modify records, delete data, or contact your customers without an explicit manual trigger.
• Non-Privileged Access: We do not require Super-Admin credentials. We work strictly within the permission sets defined by your IT lead.

In the era of generative AI, we protect your intellectual property and customer sentiment with research-grade rigor.

• No Training Data: Your internal communications and customer interactions are never used to train public LLM models (e.g., OpenAI or Gemini).
• Private API Instances: We utilize private, "Zero-Retention" API instances. Once a sentiment scan or churn modeling is completed, the raw text is purged from the AI processor's temporary memory.

• The "Blind" Protocol: For research pilots, we prioritize Zero-PII. We do not require Names, Emails, or Phone Numbers. All modeling is conducted using anonymized Account IDs.
• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.
• Automatic Purge: For one-time Audits, all data is permanently deleted from our active environment 7 days after the final report delivery. For fractional engagements, data retention follows the duration of the service agreement.

ThinkSuccess.net is a UK-registered entity built on a high-security stack:

• Infrastructure: Hosted on SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliant data centers (AWS/Google Cloud).
• UK & EU GDPR: We act as a Data Processor under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and EU GDPR.
• UAE & APAC: Fully aligned with the UAE’s Federal Law No. 45 (PDPL) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).
• Academic Ethics: All data handling is subject to strict institutional ethical reviews.

Every engagement is protected by a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We protect your churn rates, pricing models, and internal strategy as if they were our own.

• Your Rights: Under global regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the immediate deletion of any data held within the Success Engine.
