Meet The Founders

Katerina Hanna, VP Customer Success APJ

Katerina is a Senior Customer Success executive with over 20 years’ experience in technology, financial services, business intelligence and human capital consulting sectors in Asia, Australia, Europe and USA. She is currently working at Ceridian as VP of Customer Success for APJ region. Katerina is ex Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn and Cisco. Her professional experience includes working as an Executive MBA Teaching Associate at the University of Warwick and Warwick Business School in the UK, and certifying as Leadership Coach by ICF, CTI and Leadership Circle.

Niki Clarke-Crossman, Director of Customer Success APAC


Niki is an experienced customer-first leader of Sales, Success and Services with a demonstrated history of working in Software (SaaS/non-SaaS), AdTech, MarTech and Media industries across various verticals and regions. Niki is currently at Coherent as Director of Customer Success for APAC. She formerly worked at Confluent, Datadog, Perx, TIBCO, Sizmek and Universal Music. In 2016 Niki founded a dog daycare company in Singapore. In 2021 Niki founded ThinkSuccess.Net, a platform designed to support and connect the APAC CS community with the rest of the world by providing the right tools and information to be better equipped to Succeed. Niki is currently halfway through her PhD which has a focus on Customer Success.
